In the course of the lectures, 2 to 3 unannounced tests in the range of 1 to 2 questions may be written with a point.

Writing tests is not mandatory. In the event of a tie in the actual exam, the point(s) will be awarded.

Syllabus of lectures:

Definition of the term engineering, investor, supplier engineering, goals, form of PPP financing, impacts on the classical form of engineering. Decision-making process when preparing an investment, factors, aspects. Examples on specific plans. EIA - Environmental Impact Assessment.

Overview of engineering activities/project management services

Construction project, management - means and tools, risks, engineering in the role of construction implementation manager, in the role of contractor, project manager, contract management, controlled design/design process, project documentation acquisition, implementation, i.e. construction acquisition in accordance with project documentation, use, i.e. operation of the building.

Technical supervision of the investor, basic duties, experience in the performance of TDI, the role of TDI in ensuring the quality of constructions. Errors on construction sites (due to the contractor's dishonesty, due to technical incompetence, misreading of drawings, misunderstanding of the plan,?) Control - technical (comparison with technical standards, norms and documentation), control in management - controlling) comparison of the compliance of the controlled process with the management tool (by plan,?), control of a person's behavior, audit, review, control of compliance with regulations and rules, Control of public procurement, external and internal control x audit, structure of the performance audit program, benefit of the audit, external control and audit, internal control and audit.

Fire safety, safety of work and technical equipment, safety of work during operation (use), safety during construction - compliance with engineering.

Syllabus of tutorials:

Elaboration of the scheme of the successive steps of the construction of the building (object), for which the preparation, time plan was drawn up as part of the bachelor's degree,? Development: in a time series from the pre-investment phase to the implementation phase and commissioning.

Process processing graphically incl. contractual relations with project organizations, possible tendering, conclusion of a work contract with a contractor, inclusion of zoning proceedings. List of participants, construction procedure incl. opinions (dtto), respect of deadlines according to the Administrative Code, consideration of Act No. 183/2006 Coll.,?

For the identical construction - but according to its nature - choosing a suitable type of contract and drawing up a draft contract for the performance of engineering. Supplier and investor engineering.

Specify the content of the subject of activity in detail in the contract.

If the nature of the building does not allow this - drawing up a draft contract for the TDI function. Note: do not neglect, depending on the nature of the construction, possible solutions for awarding the construction contract, determining performance and quality parameters, contractual sanctions, coordination of multiple suppliers, acceptance procedure plan, trial run, ?

The decision to choose var. A or B and drawing up the application of the Claim Agenda:

And/ an investor?. qualified presentation and assessment of additional requirements of the investor, or documenting all the contractor's faults during construction + oral defense

B/ by the supplier?. for applying e.g. differences compared to the project, qualified submission and assessment of additional requirements of the supplier caused by a further increase in costs, including their financial calculation, term impacts on the course of construction,? + oral defense

Elaboration (such as TDI) of documents for the control of specified specific activities on the construction site (will be specified individually - restoration plasters, tiling, paving, supply and installation of hole fillings,? acceptance of sewage connection,?). Types, errors during execution, what to focus on during inspection during execution - prescribed execution technology, standard - permitted deviations,? + sending by email for the database.

Implementation of the progress of work or receipt of an entry in the construction diary.

Elaboration of a draft advertisement according to Act No. 100/2001 Coll. on environmental impact assessment of construction (EIA) in form for daily press and for publication on the Internet. Elaboration under your heading of the relevant building authority from previous exercises, on behalf of the Department of Environmental Protection.

Exercise presentation (TDI) in front of other students.

Presentation of the TDI exercise in front of other students.
