- Synopsis:

The student processes selected parts of the project documentation of either the new construction of an advanced building (assignment „N“) or the refurbishment of an older building (assignment „R“). In the first phase, the student proposes a design solution concept and a basic solution of broader relationships (N) or processes a simplified documentation of the current state of the building and an analysis of broader relationships (R). It also optimizes variants of the construction solution (N) or evaluates the construction and technical condition of the specified object - STP (R). In the next phase, he will carry out a conceptual design of construction details (N) or an analysis of faults and their causes - STP (R). It also processes selected parts of the project documentation of the building or its parts (N) or drafts selected rehabilitation measures (R)

Submission of project documentation. Continuous consultations of drawings and control during the semester (according to the teacher's requirements).

1. Specification of the type of appearance: new construction of an advanced building (N) or refurbishment of an older building (R) - determination of the scope of work.
2. N: draft design concept, basic solution of broader relationships (situation), R: simplified documentation of the current state of the building, analysis of broader relationships (situation).
3. N: optimization of structural solution variants, R: evaluation of the construction and technical condition of the given object (STP).
4. N: conceptual design of construction details, R: failure analysis and their causes (STP).
5. N: processing of selected floor plans or their parts, cross section concept, R: analysis of faults and their causes (STP).
6. N: cross section of the object in selected places, connections to the floor plan, R: determination of STP conclusions, recommendations for remediation.
7. N: analysis of construction-physical connections or structural solution (according to spec.), R: conceptual design of remedial measures.
8. N: completion of construction details or structural solution (according to spec.), R: detailed design of selected remedial measures.
9. N: completion of construction details or structural solution (according to spec.), R: detailed design of selected remedial measures.
10. N: completion of construction details or structural solution (according to spec.), R: detailed design of selected remedial measures.
11. N: technical solution of facades and roof, solution of the situation or structural solution (according to spec.), R: detailed design of selected remedial measures.
12. N: technical report, overall control and completion of the project, R: overall control and completion of the project.
13. Final presentation of works, discussion.
