Synopsis:

A set of lectures describing the complex issues of the digital real estate cadastre from a technical and legal point of view. While in the subject of mapping the student learns to understand the principle of creating a new cadastral map, in the subject of real estate cadastre the principle of updating it is explained to him. Emphasis is placed on technical activities in cadastre.

Requirements:

Student should be able to handle geodetic calculations. He should create digital cadastral map from the subject of mapping.

Syllabus of lectures:

1. Real estate cadastre, data quality, cadastre revision

2. Image coordinates and position coordinates, change plot

3. Documentation of detailed measurement of changes

4. Geometric plan

5. Delineation, refinement, surveying activities in cadastre

6. Development of registration of rights

7. History of land registry

8. Management of the cadastre, regulations in the cadastre

9. Cadastral decree, verification of the results of surveying activities, marking of borders

10. Land surveying and cadastre administration in the Czech Republic

2. transformation

3. calculation of area in cadastral map

4. documentation of setting-out of boundary of a lot

5. processing of measured data

6. making documentation of detailed survey of changes

7. creation of geometric plan

Study Objective:

To learn to use the possibilities of the digital cadastre and to understand the principles of registration changes in the cadastral map, while the emphasis is placed on the implementation of surveying activities in cadastre.
