Synopsis:

The course describes methods of preparation of nanomaterials, their structure, specific properties and applications. The properties of carbon and silicon nanobodies and layers will be analyzed in detail. The aim of the subject is to explain the relationships between physical / chemical properties of nanoparticulate materials and their main structural features.

6. Analysis of nanomaterials (spectroscopic and microscopic methods, SEM, TEM)

7. Nanoparticles for photovoltaics

8. Carbon nanoparticles and thin films / diamond nanoparticles, polycrystalline diamond layers

9. Silicon and metal nanoparticles

10. Modeling of selected properties of nanoparticles

11 Modification of nanoparticle properties, surface functionalization

12. Nanoparticles and Thin Layers in Practice
