- Synopsis:
-
The lecture focuses on the preparation and separation of stable nuclides and radionuclides in the introductory part.
An overview of various labelling methods and the preparation of organic radiolabelled compounds is given.
Application of stable- and radio- labelled compounds in inorganic, organic chemistry, biochemistry and medicine
is discussed.
Particular attention is given to the theoretical aspects, such as isotope exchange and isotopic effects.
