Synopsis:

The course provides students with a comprehensive knowledge-base of corporate financial management. It focuses particularly on the skills, essential for substantiated decision-making in a corporate environment, as well as cooperation within management teams.

Significantly, the course will ensure standardisation of elementary proficiencies for students with different backgrounds, and develop business English skills of non-native speakers.

Study Objective:

By the end of the course, students should be able to understand and explain the principles and techniques of finance and their various applications, particularly concerning strategic investment decisions. Graduates will comprehend and utilize essential financial concepts in various positions of management and specialist responsibility. They will also be prepared to follow up with advanced courses in corporate finance.
