Synopsis:

The lectures dealing with the issue of Facility Management are based on the EU standard EN 15221 „ Facility Management“ , which is defined in this study as the integrated management of all services that support the basic activities of the company . The course also deals with the issue operation of buildings from a technical and economic point of view .

Part of the lectures dealing with economics students familiar with project management and application of his methods in practice of the architect / designer, multicriterial decision making and financing investment projects. Furthermore, the state and development of the Czech Republic and construction.

FM familiar with the problem . Unifying concepts in the EU . Issues of governance and operation of buildings.

Familiarization with problems of project management, multi-criteria decision and the methods of evaluation of investment projects.
