 Synopsis:

MATLAB is a highperformance language for technical computing. It integrates computation, visualization, and programming in an easytouse environment where problems and solutions are expressed in familiar mathematical notation. The subject 'Introduction to MATLAB' provides basic knowledge about the Matlab system which can help students to solve problems in many branches and other subjects.
 Requirements:

It does not assume that students have any experience with MATLAB.
 Syllabus of lectures:

Training in computer classroom with instructions only.
INTRODUCTION description of the components of the Matlab system.
DATA TYPES presentation of the types of data used in MATLAB (numeric, logicals, characters).
MATRICES AND ARRAYS how to use Matlab to generate matrices and perform mathematical operations on matrices.
GRAPHICS how to plot data (2D plots, 3D visualization).
PROGRAMMING how to use Matlab to create scripts and functions.
MATHEMATICS Symbolic and numerical solutions to algebraic and differential equations, differentiation, integration, limits.
 Syllabus of tutorials:
