The course follows on from the basic subjects on management and helps students to acquire or develop basic managerial qualities and skills and gives them recommendations on how to work with the most valuable assets of the company - i.e. human resources.

- Study Objective:

The aim of the study is to prepare students to master two basic levels of management in practice: namely self-management, i.e. own activities, and management of individuals and small teams, which most of them will encounter immediately after starting a job. At the same time, students will also gain a basic idea of complementing each other and connecting rational and emotional approaches to solving problems, influencing and motivating people, as well as the importance and building of the phenomenon of corporate culture.
