Managerial skills are soft skills that student can efficiently use in their future professional life, as well as in their studies or private life in managing projects and communication with other people. A person becomes a manager not by the appointment but managerial skills must be developed and enhanced. If I am good at managing myself, I can be good at managing team, projects and whole organization. Managing myself ? it means time management, delegation skills, giving feedback. I can save a lot of time and energy if I am good at. Consequently I can manage other people and maximize their potential.

To teach students that:
-There are soft skills that are useful to learn and enhance, otherwise they will not be successful in professional life and in their future managerial role.
-If I want to be successful manager I need to manage myself, my time, my resources. Then I can be good at managing team and organisation.
-Manager has real responsibility for a team and project. This responsibility should not be afraid; in contrary through responsibility desired targets can be achieved.
-Any change desired must naturally go out of me.
-Why vision, goals and objectives are important for my profession life.
