Synopsis:

Student will get familiar with basic terms from pharmacology, hygiene, epidemiology, immunology and ethics.

Requirements:

credit:

100% participation in practical exercises,

demonstration of the knowledge mastered by a written test.

examination:

Demonstration of the knowledge mastered by a written test, 80 % success rate.

Oral examination on the basis of the decision field supervisor.

Caution: intervals between repeated examinations must not be shorter than seven days.

2nd week: pharmacokinetics

3rd week: expert systems

4th week. basics of hygiene

5th week: hospital hygiene

6th week: disinfection and sterilization

7th week: contagious infection diseases

8th week: process of infection spreading and basics of

prevention

9th week: environmental factors

10th week: life style

11th week: patients rights

12th week: ethics of research

13th week: euthanasia

14th Week: Consultation Week

Obtain basic knowledge from pharmacology, hygiene, epidemiology, immunology and medical ethics.
