Synopsis:

Tender procedure for the preparation of project documentation for the zoning decision, building permit, notification, notice and for the implementation of the construction. Contractual relations with the designer. Tender procedure for building construction, public and other contracts, technical information, measurement report. Contract for the work, compilation, content, price of the work and its variants. The job description of the construction manager, foreman, construction supervision of the builder and author's supervision. Contract for construction and copyright supervision. Construction progress - handover of the construction site, maintenance of the construction diary, inspection days, documents, work with employees and subcontractors, provision of materials and machines, handover, approval of approval
