Synopsis:

This subject concerns with problems of faults and malfunctions during construction building. Students are familiarized themselves with basic principles of legislation, with litigant position and with expert opinion form and requisities.

Introduction, familiarization with the issues of the Act on Experts incl. related laws and decrees, content of expert opinion, examples of expert opinion solutions, building failures incl. defects in project documentation, separate processing of expert opinion

Study Objective:

Recognition of basic principles of work and operation of experts appointed by court.
