Synopsis:

The thesis assignment is based on a pre-diploma project. The diploma project is an independent work. In the diploma thesis, a complex architectural study is prepared for the selected object or set of objects, supplemented by selected parts of the documentation of the DSP / DPS building part degree and the concept of selected parts of Statics and HVAC. At the defense, the student must prove his invention as an architect and the reality of his design.

Requirements:

Building design - study.

Selected parts of the project at building permit level:

- Architectural and construction

- Statics

- HVAC

Architectural model.

Syllabus of tutorials:

The diploma thesis is the individual work of the student. Consultations with the supervisor of the thesis will take place on the basis of an individual agreement between the student and the supervisor. A minimum of four consultations are required, of which the final one is mandatory for all in the 11th teaching week. During this consultation, the supervisor will evaluate the results achieved.

Study Objective:

The aim of the diploma thesis is to demonstrate the ability to independently design an object or a set of objects of a larger scale and to demonstrate the ability to creatively and technically master the design of a specific building in a specific location.

Relevant decrees, regulations and standards.

Periodicals and monographs in connection with the task.
