Supervisor:
Department of Architectural Engineering
Synopsis:

Division of load from history-load point of view, loading effects and forced and non.forced influences. Occurrence-probability of individual load, combination of load, load- connection with the solution of civil engineering. Interaction of static and dynamic loading effects in specialization of building structures, interaction of shortterm and longtherm effects of load. Computation models of load.

Requirements:

none

Syllabus of lectures:

Extraordinary loads - fire and explosion

Extraordinary load - flood

Technical seismicity (transportation, machinery)

Earthquake (natural seismicity)

Wind loads – masts, towers

Extreme loads (swimming pools, heliports)

Non-force load effects - temperature (insolation) and humidity (cyclic changes, shrinkage)

Loads with bulk and liquid materials (e.g. grain, cement, oil), issues of storage, handling

Syllabus of tutorials:

Extraordinary loads - fire and explosion

Extraordinary load - flood

Study Objective:

Student intesifies knowledge in specialization of load-analysis of structures, forming of computation models of load, occurrence-probability of extraordinary load of crash character.
