Course is prevailingly oriented on foundations of construction business and economics. It provides the insight to the most important issues of contractor's accounting and finance management. Course targets all the main financial/economic know-how that any manager of the construction company has to have. Courses are supplemented by the real practise experience of both lecturers in construction contracting business and advisory.
