Synopsis:

Essential terms.Culture of villages. Sustainable life in the countryside. Types of traditional settlements. Built-up and not-built up parts of cadastre. Countryside planning principles. Protection of cultural and natural heritage. Sub-urbanization:history, foreign experiences, urbanization of village inhabitants. Principles of Rural Sociology. Revitalization and Development Programs for Countryside. Buildings for Agriculture- brownfields, new ideas.

Study Objective:

To adopt the review of different types of urbanistic formations and buildings. To get orientation concerning countryside revitalization and development programs. To get acquainted with suburbanization problems, the settlements´administration, with specific issues of countryside life-style, etc. To work out specific graphic and written seminar work.
