Synopsis:

Strategic corporate management and general problems of a contractor company. Possibilities of the development of organization patterns at the site-management level, company-group, procedure oriented decision-making in particular areas (tendering and pre-construction period, job-site and financial risk management, avoidance of litigation and arbitration, planning processes site-company), productivity management, constructibility concept. - Two seminary works are scheduled during the term.
