Synopsis:

Essential legal regulations related to the school system, educational system in the Czech Republic, personality of a teacher, management of the school system, internal management of a school, the role of a headmaster and his/her deputies, social and psychological aspects of leading people, the issues of work motivation.

Requirements:

Orientation in the Czech educational system.

School legislation.

Professional knowledge of pedagogical staff.

Psychological aspects of leadership.

Study Objective:

The goal of the subject is to familiarize students with essential legal regulations related to management and operation of the school system to gain general orientation in this field.
