Synopsis:

A Course Hydraulics (Hydraulika R) is focused on solutions of basic hydraulic problems related to a building practice. The solutions are based on an application of physical principles of behaviour of liquids (especially water) under static conditions and also under motion.

Requirements:

Syllabus of lectures:

1. Introduction, Physical Properties of Liquids

2. Hydrostatic Pressure, Hydrostatic Force – part 1

3. Hydrostatic Force – part 2

4. Pipe Flow Hydraulics – part 1

5. Pipe Flow Hydraulics – part 2

6. Pipe Flow Hydraulics – part 3

7. Open Channel Hydraulics – part 1

8. Open Channel Hydraulics – part 2

9. Hydraulic Structures – part 1

10. Hydraulic Structures – part 2

11. Groundwater Hydraulics

12. Discharge Measurements

Syllabus of tutorials:
