Introduction to managerial decision-making, decision processes and their structure, rational problem solving approaches, basic methods of decision-making under certainty, risk and uncertainty, risk management, group decision-making and choice of decision-making style.

Study Objective:

Rational procedures for solving decision problems, basic methods and instruments of decision-making under certainty, risk or uncertainty. Approaches to risk management, choice of suitable decision-making styles, and application of theoretical knowledge to solving business decision problems.
