Synopsis:

The issue of personal management seems to be in today's society more important as a crucial and topical issue that goes beyond the economic framework. To a large extent this is a mutidisciplinary field, at the edge of economics, management, psychology, mental health and stress. During this course, students will learn the basic procedures and techniques that will enable the knowledge workers (managers and representatives of the schools, as well as teachers) to achieve higher performance and optimal use of their potential. Personal management can be understood as a synonym for self-management, event. self-education. The biggest personal management tasks are used in the development of personality. Subject is focused to bring students practical knowledge and skills necessary for effective management of their own forces in different life roles. The main emphasis is on practical examples, which are designed to prepare future graduates for activities connected with the determination of their own objectives, priorities, self-management and time management.

Requirements:

- attendance and active participation in lectures / seminars (maximum of one absence);

- assignment - seminar work (project)

Study Objective:

- to explain the benefits and personal management and its role in the current management system, characterized by social level of personal management;

- to understand the basic principles and approaches various stages of time-management;

- Apply time management techniques, clarify the nature of the planning and specification of aspiration goals, illustrate the time equilibrium model;

- to define relationship between life and work roles;

- to analyze process performance concept of the personal management; to describe its various stages;

- to give examples of software support for effective time management, demonstrating their application in selected activities.
