Synopsis:

Explanation of the terms project and project management. Key project parametres. Project life cycle. Project feasibility study according to UNIDO method. Time planning. The CPM and PERT methods. Project resources management. Overall costs of projects and contracts. Project management organisation. Analytic techniques (Cause and effect diagram, Pareto analysis, Delphi oracle). The use of decision trees in project management.
