Content of course: modern methods of modern production system design, that leads to increasing productivity and effectivity of different organization configurations. Projects will be also focused on failure free production flow, from material purchase, to contented customer. Course integrate knowledge of appropriate managerial, economic and technical course with current requirements of business practice.

The course consists of lectures, tutorials, presentations, and independend study, including discussions of case studies.

(11) Material Requirements Planning (MRP), TQM

The goal of the course Production systems design is to introduce modern philosophies, approaches and
methods of modern production systems design in different businesses to students. Students will learn to prepare and manage projects suitable for effective business. In addition, they will learn systematically plan, manage, control and motivate.
