Synopsis:

Content of the course: standards ISO 9000:2000.

Application „Seven basic tools for quality control“,

basics of the theory of reliability, modern definition

of realibility, stochastic characteristics of reliability

Statistic control of quality: statistical analyses of production process, statistic regulation and statistical inspection. Seven new tools for quality management.

Requirements:

Students should prepare term work consisiting of 6 themes.

Study Objective:

Goals of the course is to introduce students to the problematics of quality control and business metrology.

That means how to guarantee required quality of products and services in the company.
