Synopsis:

The course deals with the theoretical foundations and practical use of trends in personnel management.

Background and application of trends in human resource management - external and internal factors

Development and key issues of human resource management in the Czech Repubic - transformation of the system

Overview of the main trends in HRM:Talent management. Diversity management. Age management. CSR. Worklife balance. Flexicurity. Strategic partnerships and corporate culture. Personnel marketing, social networking and media.

Syllabus of tutorials:

Introductory exercises, familiarization with the requirements of the credit

Presentation of the development plan

Possibilities and limits of NTP (Talent mng)

Study Objective:

The aim of the course is to introduce to students the actual news and trends in human resource management and development and leading people; to highlight the main areas of development, perspectives of the future period and of the related changes in requirements on the competences of the main human resources in enterprises.
