The course provides students with the knowledge and skills needed to establish and run their own business in terms of both legal and economic aspects. Students will get acquainted with the current legislation associated with the establishment of a company, business relations, protection of industrial property and electronic business. They will also get acquainted with the obligations of the entrepreneur in relation to the state, the issues of accounting and tax aspects of international trade, business and marketing models and concepts.

To obtain credit, you need to receive enough points of two semester tests. The test consists of compulsory written preparation and oral part.

1. Domestic enterprise and obligations of the company in relation to the state.
2. Business strategy. Methods and techniques of strategic management.
3. Trade as a system. Logistics and logistics chains, pricing and psychological aspects of the price.
4. Aspects of international trade, customs and tax aspects (VAT) and registers, reports and international accounting.
5. Shipment of goods and transport documents, transport and handling units, classification and identification of the assortment.
6. Personnel management in the company and business policy of employment.
7. Summary and credit test of 1st tematic block.
8. Types of business, types of corporations, corporation establishment.
9. Legal forms of cooperation on projects, financing and exit from projects.
10. Contractual law and software contracts.
11. Practical aspects of intellectual property rights.
12. Data and technology in terms of law. Personal data protection.
13. Summary and credit test of 2nd tematic block.
