Synopsis:

The subject acquaints students with good experience in the field of standards of project management After completing the course, students will be prepared to pass the international professional examinations.

Requirements:

- Principles of Project Management course or similar.Basic knowledge of project management.

1. introduction to the project management to set the baseline of PM knowledge

2. Standards of project management - history, reasons for existence, main world standards and their comparison,

3. IPMA standard

4. PMP standard - principles and project integration management

5. PMP standard 6.0 - knowledge areas Project scope management and Project time management

6. PMP standard 6.0 - Knowledge areas Cost, Quality and Risk management

7. PMP standard 6.0 - Knowledge areas Human resources, Procurement, Communication and Stakeholders management

8. PMP standard 7.0 - Principles and performance domains

9. PRINCE2 - introduction and main processes

10. PRINCE2 - process model

11. PRINCE 2 - processes, themes and principles

12. Agile project management standards and certifications
