Combinations of axial force and bending, core of cross section, neglected tensile strength, stability of slender columns. Earth pressure and retaining walls. Moment distribution method for continuous beams and frames, Wall structures - deep beam, tie walls, spatial stiffness of buildings. Grids of beams and plates. Suspended structures and structures acting in compression (arch, vault and shell).
