Getting to know the different stages of the production cycle of Rail Vehicles. Basic understanding of the technology of Rail Vehicles and their components.

1st week - managemnet process and its phases - acquisition, supply, design and production phases, shipping,commissioning, warranty and customer service.
2nd Week - Phases of the innovation cycle, Technological design, precision manufacturing.
3rd Week - Primary - basic editing sheets, cleaning, straightening, cutting and metal processing.
4th Week - Sheet metal forming - cutting, bending, pulling and pushing plates. Production of extruded aluminum profiles.
5th Week - Welding - methods, advantages and disadvantages, use in the production of HF.
6th week - Machining and its use in the manufacture of rolling stock.
7th week - the production of axles and wheelsets, manufacture of composite wheel bearing assembly.
8th week - the technology of leaf and wound helical springs, rubber-metal elements springing.
9th Week - Production frame chassis and a main frame of the vehicle.
10th week - Manufacturing and assembly of car bodies - differential, integral and hybrid structure.
11th Week - Excursion to the factory.
12th Week - Finishes, installation of vehicle interiors.
13th Week - Final assembly of vehicles, ordering the production hall.
