Implementation of computer-aided techniques in metalworking processes. Hardware and software requirements. Algorithm for input of material, geometry, machine tools and production method data entry. CAD/CAM for bulk deformation processes. Numerical simulation of metal flow by FormFem; QForm software in closed-die forging. CAD/CAM for deep drawing. Possibilities of utilization of simulation software in sheet metal forming. Computer aided production planning using an expert system.
