Optimization of boudary conditions for forming from the point of view of the distribution of deformations. Use of the computer technique for planning of forming technologies. Optimization of the number of operations, die geometry, lubricant quantity and quality, blankholder pressure, material quality of stamping.

Requirements:

Finished master graduation from a Technical University.

Syllabus of lectures:

Options optimizing sheet forming technology in terms of material (quality and blank), cutting plans, options stamping process, the type forming machine, tools. Assessment of the production possibilities in terms of cost, for a given quantity produced, accuracy, ecology, health regulations, community park, safety and production risks.
