Methods of protection against wear, corrosion and heat, special coating, alloy and disperse coatings, surface techology, surface preparation, equipment, design and planning of manufacturing methods, standards, inspection, legislation , technical and economical evaluation of surface finishing.

Requirements:

Piece of knowledge from surface treatments branch ensuing from previous study.

Syllabus of lectures:

Design of suitable technology surface treatments in term of product part function.

Projection and design of workrooms surface treatments.

Cleaning and pre-treatments in surface treatments.

Technology techniques surface treatments.

Processing scrap cleaning and liquidation from surface treatments process.

Surface treatments for automotive industry.

Surface treatments for aerospace industry.

Goal of study is educate students in design suitable surface treatments and material protection withinthe context of product - technology - economic.
