Advanced imaging and diffraction methods (transmission electron microscopy and diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, determination of textures by means of wide-angle X-ray scattering, small-angle X-ray scattering). High-energy and low-energy (LEED) electron diffraction. Combined physical methods of microanalysis of chemical composition (wave -dispersion and energy-dispersion methods). Selected topics in stereology, thermal analysis, calorimetry and internal friction. Special methods for polymeric materials (solution and spectroscopic methods, mechanical spectrometry).
