Conditions for human thermal comfort. Thermal interaction of the human body with environment, heat and moisture transfer. Prediction of thermal comfort, statistic evaluation.
Cooling load of buildings, non-stationary calculation. The determination of heat and cooling capacity in air-conditioning. Energy simulation of building and ventilation/air-conditioning equipment.

Energy balance of people and environment, metabolic rate of heat. Prediction of thermal comfort. Criteria for evaluation of quality of thermal environment. Measuring of indoor environment state. Decesive parameters of outdoor climate. Calculation of thermal load for air-conditioning and ventilation dimensioning, moisture gains. Calculation of unsteady processes in mechanical equipments and buildings, energy simulation, heat and cold storages. Test reference year. Determination of long-term energy consumption for air-conditioning and ventilation.
