Synopsis:

Static and dynamic properties of measurement instruments. Measurement chain, measurement errors, they sources and correction. Summary of principles, sensors and transducers (temperature, position, force, pressure, speed, acceleration, torque, flow, humidity, liquid level). Calibration and verification of measurement instruments.

1.Measurement system, Static and dynamic characteristics of transducers. Accuracy and sensitivity of transducers and instruments. Uncertainty of measurements

2.Time constant of transducer and its determination, Electronic processing circuits, discretization of analog signals

4.Temperature transducers II - semiconductor sensors, infrared

5.Force and torque transducers -resistive, inductive, capacitive and piezoresistive sensors

6.Pressure transducers I - resistive, capacitive, humidity
