Anotace:

This course is designed to help students develop confidence and competence in delivering clear, engaging and well-structured presentations in English in both academic and professional contexts. The goal is to consolidate language skills, to teach the ability to respond in communicative situations and to use different speaking and presentation styles. The course will cover key principles of visual design, alongside effective use of images and data, intercultural aspects of communication and various approaches to presenting and debating in English. It will focus on verbal and non-verbal communication, as well as techniques for building confidence. Through practical exercises and peer feedback, students will leave the course better prepared to communicate ideas clearly and persuasively in a variety of settings.
