EXERCISES

The work will be facilitated by quotes from interviews with international managers, case studies and a number of role

plays. In addition, the participants will use a self-test on their approach to managerial acts which will constitute an

interesting basis for discussion.

Cíle studia:

Synopsis

This course prepares young graduates to face in the best possible way their future careers as managers. It combines several

elements: 1. The identification of situations of tension within organizations; 2. Reminder of the most important concepts

linked to the action of managers; 3. The search for possible answers for managers. This combination will help the

participants choose the best possible reaction when faced to similar situations,

This course makes the link between the various management concepts and their daily application in business. It will be

illustrated by testimonials from a series of interviews with leaders of various nationalities. Implementation will be

facilitated by the use of numerous case studies and role plays.
