Anotace:

The course introduces modern principles and practices of human resource management (HRM) in the organization, explains the key role of human resource management in achieving strategic objectives of the organization and introduces fundamental human resource functions that determine the competitiveness of the organization in the market economy.

Požadavky:

The grade is obtained by passing two online tests in the CTU Moodle application:

- The midterm test (50%) is taken in WEEK 8 and covers the knowledge of WEEK 02-07 lectures. It includes 25 ABCD questions (one correct); correct: 2 points; incorrect: 0 points; maximum: 50 points. The limit is 30 minutes.

- The final test (50%) is taken in WEEK 15 (or in the examination period) and covers the knowledge of WEEK 02-14 lectures. It includes 25 ABCD questions (one correct); correct: 2 points; incorrect: 0 points; maximum: 50 points. The limit is 30 minutes.

It is possible to obtain 0-100 points from both tests. The final grade is determined according to the following grading scale:

Excellent (A): 90-100

Very good (B): 8089

Good (C): 70-79

Satisfactory (D): 6069

Sufficient (E): 50-59

Insufficient (F): 049
