Concrete technology - concrete mixture design, properties of a mixture and factors effecting on it, quality control, methods of testing of a mixture and concrete. Reinforcement - properties of steel, types of steel and application. Execution of concrete structures. Desing of concrete structures for basic combinations of loading - bending, shear, compression, principles of serviceability checking. principles of reinforcing of general elements - slabs, beams, columns. Masonry structures - design of compressed elements.
