Basic concepts from the field of quality and its control. Steps of integrated planning and control of quality of production, system IPQMS. Design of a system of quality control and estimation of its price. Deming's 14 points for management. Basic managerial methods of quality control. Method FMEA and method Six Sigma - characteristics, tools, applications. Standards ISO 9000-2000, basic characteristics and implementation, certification according to the ISO 9000-2000.

1.Concept of quality and its basic characteristics, terminology
2.Philosophy of quality, systems of quality control in the world, relationship between quality and productivity
3.Scheduling of quality, costs on the quality, implementation of a process of quality improvement
4.Integrated planning including quality management system (IPQMS)
5.Basic four parts of IPQMS and its application for projection of productions including quality management
6.Evaluation of a project of electrotechnical production and its quality management
7.Deming's 14 points for management, Knowledge-Centered Activity Focus (KCA)
8.Managerial strategy and managerial methods of production quality control
9.Mapping of manufacturing process, defining a process, determining key process variables
10.Basic tools for managerial quality control - statistical tools, brainstorming, benchmarking and others
11.Technology of quality control during planning and creating of a project of production
