The subject is based on the theory and application of business management from the point of view of development trends, current and prospective methods of company management, including globalisation conditions. It deals with the definition of business, its targets and functions, its life stages, core-business and its management. It also deals with individual managerial roles, their content and used methods. Attention is also placed on the team project management and the manager's own time control
