Synopsis:

The subject is targeted to getting knowledges about principles, features and usage of program control of switching systems. The overview of technical solution of various types of control units is discussed. An accent is placed especially on programming of such systems. The CHILL programming language is discussed and practically trained in the UNIX operating system environment.

2. Centralized and decentralized SPC. Examples of systems with these architectures

3. Distributed SPC. Examples of systems with these architectures

4. Basic features of SPC software. Its differentiation to functional blocks

5. Operating systems for SPC systems - functions, features

6. The CHILL programming language part 1

7. The CHILL programming language part 2

8. The CHILL programming language part 3

9. The CHILL programming language part 4

10. The CHILL programming language part 5

11. The CHILL programming language part 6

12. The MML communication language

13. Automatic program diagnostics and failure correction in SPC systems

14. Software of supervision and auxiliary systems and workstations
