Synopsis:

The aim of the lecture is to explain the effect of radiation on structural and technological materials. The lectures include an introduction to the corrosion of structural materials, types of corrosion, the influence of the environment on the rate of corrosion, as well as radiation corrosion, types of structure damages of materials. Radiation corrosion will be described on common materials used in nuclear facilities.

7.Effect of radiation on copper for spent nuclear fuel
