The course introduces students to the fundamentals of Six Sigma methodology and Lean thinking. It touches on historical background, main ideas, and actual tools of process optimization and management. Students will get acquainted with measurement and analysis methods (MSA, process capability, SPC, FMEA, control charts, hypothesis testing), applicable to corporate practice and related areas
