Synopsis:

The course is focused on the development of skills in managing projects, processes, and people in the organization.

Requirements:

The credit is granted for taking a final test online in Moodle. The final test covers the knowledge of the seminars. It includes 20 ABCD questions (one correct); correct: 1 point; incorrect: 0 points; minimum: 10 points. The limit is 30 minutes.

SEMINAR 2. IPMA model. Perspective competencies, Negotiations and result orientation. Personality types according to MBTI. Project management, brainstorming, and decision making.

Study Objective:

Through seminars, students will learn effective principles and practices for efficient project, process, and people management in the organization.
