Synopsis:

Within this course, students collectively process a project according to the specialization as preparation for teamwork. With the application of project management methods, students will mature from the initial analysis of the assigned problem to the implementation of its solution and evaluation of the results in the form of presentations and the final report. The exact teaching schedule will be linked to the real solution of a specific project.

1.Formulation of the assignment, revision of the basics of project management, suitable tools for the solution

2.Division of students into teams, (self) determination of roles and responsibilities of students within teams

3.Elaboration of the structure of activities (WBS), elaboration of the project solution schedule

4.Preparatory work, construction design I.

5.Preparatory work, design II.

6.Preparatory work, design III.

7.Presentation of the project solution procedure

8.Production work, implementation of solutions I.

9.Production work, implementation of solutions II.

10.Production work, implementation of solutions III.

11.Practical verification of the chosen solution

12.Revision and finalization of the final report

13.Final presentation of the project
