The principle of virtual displacements and virtual forces.

The principle of the minimum of total potential energy and the principle of the minimum of complementary energy,

Approximate solutions of bar systems and beams.

Theory of bending of thin plates of general shape: Equilibrium equations (definition of internal force effects).

Kirchhoff's theory. An example solved both in vector and scalar.

Anisotropic materials, composites: History of composite materials, technology of production of composite materials,

Unidirectional composite materials, strength criteria,

Classical lamination theory, composites with random reinforcement,

Sandwiches, thin-walled composite pressure vessels - cylinder,

Sphere, various shapes (hemispherical, ellipsoid, geodetic isotenzoid,…)
