Motivation, priorities and their fulfillment, current communication networks, work with various sources, formal requirements of emails and final theses, basic typology of personalities, teamwork, emotional intelligence, manipulation and way of working with it, coping with stressful situations, formal requirements of presentations, ways of communication during presentation, presentation skills, presentation skills in online environment.

Although the subject is taught formally as 2+0, active participation is expected from the students.
1) Motivation to achieve goals, priorities and their fulfillment, communication and communication networks;
2) Work with resources, search possibilities in databases;
3) Formal requirements of final theses, MS Word formatting;
4) Basics of working with LaTex;
5) Basic typology of personalities and way of working with them;
6) Team cooperation, EQ, assertiveness, empathy;
7) Coping with stressful situations, handling and how to work with it;
8) Interactive presentation course 1 Non-verbal communication;
9) Interactive presentation course 2 Verbal communication;
10) Interactive presentation course 3 Presentation structure, preparation;
11) Summarizing presentation - how to present: formal side, preparation, time, performance;
12) Presentation of students, mutual evaluation - 1st part
13) Presentation of students, mutual evaluation - 2nd part
14) Individual interviews to conclude the subject

The aim of the course is to support the personal growth of students and the expansion of technical education with basic knowledge of psychology needed to perform individual and team tasks. Emphasis in the course is placed mainly on communication and presentation skills of students.
