Synopsis:

Introduction to hybrid drives, their components, including electrical machines and energy accumulators, application to different types of vehicles, hybrid drive control.

- introduction - mobility and energy implications

- what hybrid drives are, why they are

- emissions and their reduction potential using HYPO

History of hybrid drives

- HYPO species, sort by function and layout

- HYPO components: internal combustion engines,

electric machines

power converters

drive arrangement

brakes and energy recovery

- passenger cars with HYPO

- sports, competition and racing cars with HYPO

- hybrid buses, trolleybuses and electric buses

- commercial vehicles with HYPO, rolling stock with HYPO

- other HYPO applications

- HYPO control strategy

- HYPO economy

- trends, perspectives

Study Objective:

The aim of the study is to acquaint students with the properties of HYPO, the possibilities of their utilization and the proposal of the basic parameters of HYPO.
