Synopsis:

The aim is to learn how to create the machine model, to gain knowledge of the dynamic properties of machines in context.

Modeling of machines and their parts.

Flexible machine mounting, vibroisolation, vibroabsorption.

Mechanical characteristics of drives and loads. Basic tasks of machine aggregate dynamics.

Influence of clutches and gears. Dynamics of electromechanical systems.

Dynamics of drive systems. Dynamic models of flexible structures with drives.

Transformation of state space model into modal and balanced form.

Methods of model reduction with and without residues, joining of partial models.

Experimental identification of models of flexible machine structures.

Methods of identification of ERA, MOESP and N4SID.

Dynamic models of mechanisms assembled by LRST.

Interconnection of models of mechanisms and models of flexible drive chains.

Kinematic calibration of machine mechanisms.
